Târgu Frumos, Romania' da 4 haftalık AGH-Sports Activator

PROJE TANIMI

We are looking for 14 volunteers who want to develop their skills and competences as sport leaders, to attend one month volunteering activity, in Romania. The volunteers main activities will be: - to develop an experiential sports center, - to implement a non-formal toolkit developed by 33 youth workers; - to create and pilot a sport event named “European Sports Activator” that will be multiplied afterward in their sending communities. The volunteers’ activities will promote sport, physical activity, healthy nutrition among the citizens from 10 villages and cities from north east Romania. The volunteers will also create video tutorials to promote a healthy lifestyle, creative sports and workouts. The volunteers will be coordinated by a team of 2 volunteers’ coordinators and will receive support from 5 mentors.

KONAKLAMA, YEMEK VE YOL AYARLAMALARI

The organisation will provide suitable accommodation and meals or money for meals for the participant during the entire stay. The volunteers will be placed in a dormitory with shared bathroom. The transport will be reimbursed according to the lump sum. The local transport costs for activities will be covered by the organisation. The volunteer will receive pocket money and health insurance.

PROJE SIRASINDA EĞİTİM

*Romanian language course; *on-arrival training; *2 days off per week; *support of a coordinator and a mentor; *cultural trips to understand the Romanian culture; *support for a personal sport project; *training about non-formal methodologies involving sport tools and arts; *YouthPass at the end of the volunteering project.

GÖNÜLLÜ PROFİLİ

* min. 18 year old, no upper limit.; * min. A2 level of English; * pro-active position, ability to work independently; * passionate / interest in sports; * willing to develop leadership skills as a sport leader.
